Hi Nitai,

As promised here is the issue in the right category. This issue is related to Hosted-Edition: Problem downloading jpg assets.

I just wanted to let you know that our administrator reminded me that our “Razuna Machine” uses a RAID5 and the RAID controller doesn’t report any problems. Anyhow, it is very mysterious that the JPG simply dissapeared…

Hi Juan,

Since you are running your own server, can you see anything in the logs
related to removing images? Please understand, that without access and/or a
support contract, all we can do is simply advice on the issue. Thanks.
