Uploader is not uploading files

Hoping for help!!

My Razuna uploader is not uploading any of my files and is showing the attached warning symbol - does anyone know what this means?

Never happened before and am completing the same process!

Hi Lightproject ,

May I know the some information of your Razuna which you are using such as on Linux or Windows or MacOs and what version of Razuna ?

Did you try to restart the Razuna server or not ?

Hi Samantha ,

Please go to Administration —> Maintenance —> Run Flush database cache ; Flush Template Cache ; Database & Asset Cleaner.

And log out of Razuna and login again , then try to upload file again to see how.

Please let me know the status after you finish.

Okay , Samantha.

Please help to go to Tomcat\logs folder on your machine and open the log file from today or sine the time you think the problem appeared to check is there any error from there or not ?

It looks like you are on the hosted platform, correct? If so there was a
small issue with uploading files. It is now corrected.
