Upload API - upload template

Hello,

can someone please tell me what does upl_template in upload API do? Is this a rendition or import template id?

How can I create renditions when uploading images using upload API? I have tried using createrenditions asset API call but it doesn’t work for me (I believe that the original image is not generated yet at the time I call createrenditions).

Hello,

The Upload API documentation is at
http://wiki.razuna.com/display/ecp/Upload+API2. As stated “upl_template” is
the “ID of the upload template to use when you upload files”.

This is also the answer to your question. Simply create a upload template,
define the renditions you like to have generated, and add that ID in the
upload API.
