Trash count shows '0'

Hi, In our self-hosted Razuna(v 1.9.5) site the trash count shows ‘0’ (for both files and folder) even though there are many items in it. The same behavior happens in out other Razuna site too. Can someone help me fix this issue please?

It’s a cache issue. Will reset when cache is refreshed.

Hi Nitai, I tried all the below actions to clear cache in our Razuna site… but still the trash count issue remains same…

  • Executed ‘Flush admin cache’ in Razuna admin site
  • Executed ‘Flush Database Cache’ and ‘Flush template cache’ in Razuna dam site admin.
  • Cleared browser cache(all time).
