After careful consideration and several months of using Reddit as our community platform, we have decided to return to our own dedicated community site at https://community.razuna.com.
While we appreciated the opportunity to engage with our audience on Reddit, we encountered several significant challenges during our time there. One of the most concerning issues was the unexpected removal of all our posts from the past few months, which occurred without any prior notification or explanation from Reddit’s team. This lack of communication was particularly frustrating, as we had invested considerable time and effort into building valuable discussions and connections within that community.
This experience has led us to conclude that Reddit may not be the ideal platform for businesses like ours, even though it seems that Reddit is actively attempting to attract business organizations to its site. Maintaining our own community platform allows us to foster a more controlled and engaging environment for our audience, ensuring that we can communicate effectively without the unpredictability we experienced on Reddit.
