Razuna's Magento Extension

Will there be any update to Razuna’s Magento Extension(razuna-1.0.7.tgz)? Does this support Magento 1.9.1?. Is there any way we can update this extension with latest php support?. I have installed magento 1.9.1 with php 5.4.12. The extension got installed in magneto and the connection verified. But the image is not showing in "image’ section against product in magento.

We are focusing on new version of Razuna , so the Megento extension update will be considered after we finish this task.
