Trying to get the search results page up as an iFrame and am getting the following error:
Oops, something really strange happened here. Please copy the error message below and send it to your administrator who will help resolve the problem. Thank you.
Detail: Error at line 1, column 1 Error occurred while processing element (CFINCLUDE) on line 33 column 1 in template file “/opt/razuna/razuna_tomcat_1_7/tomcat/webapps/razuna/raz2/dam/index.cfm”
We can’t replicate this issue. I would suggest you get the latest develop branch from our github repository and give this a try (I know we fixed some issues with the API there).
Please note, that unless you have a support subscription with us, this forum and support is provided free of charge. If you want a guaranteed reply to any requests you should consider one of our support plans at http://razuna.org/support/subscriptions. This will not only help you, but also guarantee that Razuna stays open source and the ongoing development.
Just to keep you updated, we obtained the develop branch and built a new VM around that specifically to test and the same behaviour displays itself. I’ve submitted the error report, referencing this thread.
I’d love to be in a position to recommend to my board we spend $3000 on support to resolve this but if I can’t even prove the product fulfills our need the chances of a support budget being obtained are nil. Do fully understand your position though.
I don’t see an error report anywhere. Where did you submit it to?
Razuna works 100%, the issue that you are seeing is within an iframe. That is not really a Razuna issue in itself. You received a top notch Digital Asset Management solution for free, where other vendors ask you to spend big money on licenses or even on per user license. If that alone does not qualify, I don’t know what would
RAZ-3493 is the issue, was submitted directly from inside Razuna.
Incidentally, if I try to reach the Razuna form asset using the browser directly ie not in an iframe, the same error occurs, it’s an issue with the custom view as far as I can tell not related to an iframe, that content won’t load anywhere, as an iframe or not.
