Problem downloading assets

One of my tenants is returning “general runtime error” when trying to download assets. The error log details report “the file does not exist” however looking at the asset’s direct link I can find the actual file path and download it via ftp. Not sure why Razuna can’t find the file or why it is only doing this on one of my tenants.

Should note, I’m running 1.7 and plan on upgrading to 1.8.1 soon. Just want to confirm this isn’t an issue that will persist across versions.

Please go to Administration —> Indexing ----> Reindex all files and then wait in a few moments then log out of Razuna and login again to check if the error still persist or not.

We do not see this issue at current version.

Hi there, thanks for the response. Tried that to no avail however, looking deeper at the tenant settings I found that someone had changed the asset path. I simply corrected that and it solved the problem. Thanks for the help.
