How to move folders from one parent folder to another

is there any rest api to move folders from one parent folder to another. i tried move assest api, it shows response code 0 but in reality folder doesn’t move.

If it is not documented over at
http://wiki.razuna.com/display/ecp/Folder+API2 then there is no API to move
folders.
