Facing issues in Label API2 for "Get asset of label"

Hi Support,

As per our organization business needs, we are working on listing all the assets with respect to labels. So when we trying to use the Label API2 (Get asset of label) , most of the time we are getting error “Internal Server Error 500”.

Can you please help what’s the issue related to Label API2

Also when the list of assets are listed using “Get asset of label” it doesn’t have details related to the assets like the thumb nail url and others fine details which we get when fetching the assets from Folder API.

What business needs? Do you have a support plan with us?

Please also let us see some code or else we have no idea what you are
doing…

You can refer the api we are trying to fetch for the “getassetoflabel”

https://edgenuity.razuna.com/global/api2/label.cfc?method=getassetoflabel&api_key=xxx&label_id=xxx

This works some of the time else give error “OpenBD Internal Server Error”

Regarding your question, I do not see an error with the provided link. Please check if you have any network or firewall issues.

I created this user for demo purpose, and deleted the same. The API is working for first time but later every calls return the error “OpenBD Internal Server Error”

Still we are facing the issue, we are not getting the list of assets by API (https://edgenuity.razuna.com/global/api2/label.cfc?method=getassetoflabel&api_key=xxx&label_id=xxx) every time we call. It works some of the time and then gives error “OpenBD Internal Server Error”.

Can you please help as we are stuck because of this.

Funny, seems like you hit this error sometimes and we don’t. We need to look into this further, but as we cannot pinpoint the issue it will take some time.

We look into it further and while we cannot pinpoint the issue, I’ve made a small change how the results are being returned (nothing for you to change). In my testing it works (but then again it always worked for me).

Hope this helps.

Thanks,Nitai. Label API’s are working now.
