Hey there! I have a set of users that I need to remove from our Razuna instance. When I view some of the names in my list, I seemingly do not have permission to delete their accounts–or move them to a new group.
I am an administrator.
Can someone help me?

You can only remove users that are not in the Administrator group. To remove users that are in the Administrator group, you first need to edit the user, remove the Administrator group from the account, and then back in the list you will be able to remove them.
