Backup File failing

Hi,

We have begun the process to update Razuna from 1.7 to 1.8.1

When we try to backup the production environment in the /razuna/admin page (under General Configuration > Backup and Restore) it will just spin.

We see a general SQL Error, I have attached the link for error log that we are receiving.

Hi jwhite18 ,

Please try to restart the Razuna server from your site and re-run the backup task again to see how.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hi jwhite18 ,

We have take a look in detail about your case , and see that you should upgrade the memory to at least 16 GB as system requirement suggestion : http://wiki.razuna.com/display/ecp/Requirements

And how to Adjusting Memory Settings for Tomcat.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Thank you for your reply. We have tried restarting the server, did not work. Then we upgraded the memory to the recommended 16 GB and tried restarting the server. The Backup & Restore screen still spins.
