Hi guys,
Anyone Using Active Directory Authentication?
My users get this error frequently:
Error was: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A9, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1]
plus Timeout exceeded.
after 2-3 retries they can log in.
I made sure their credentials are correct. Event tried various domain controllers, Tried Filtering to small portion of the active directory with 2-3 users with no luck.
Any help would be appretiated.
Thanks
Farhad

No issues on my side. The Razuna 1.8 server (Ubuntu) and domain controllers are on the same subnet. So far I have not received any complaints.
The only issue I have with domain users is that remember password dose not work for domain users.
Find below the configuration I have on my side, and I hope this helps.

Thanks for letting me know,
I have the exact same configuration and version, even tried to filter with ldap filters with no luck.
getting timeout exceeded and
Error was: javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A8, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1]
for the first try, second try always works.
there is no network problem between domain controller and razuna, got like 300 other vms in data center that are working fine, and 5000 authenticating with various microsoft softwares.
thanks in advance
