Uploaded ZIP file does not fully extract. Folder image not created

I uploaded a *.zip and the file does not fully extract. The normal Folder image was not created and when you select the Zip Image it takes you to the file information screen and not the folder. However if I select: Show assets from sub-folder, I can see images in the *.zip. In the Folders Pane on the Left, I can see folder that don’t display in the Right Pane. I have not been able to find information related to this issue.

Does anyone have information related to what I am experiencing?

This most likely happens when the ZIP archive is corrupt or could not make it in its entirety to the server (reasons could be network interruptions, etc.).

Best is to upload it again. If it still breaks, test is you can extract the archive on your local machine successfully. If you use the built-in Windows archive utility I suggest using something like 7Zip.
