Something wrong about the name of the downloaded file……

Hi.Thank the Razuna makes me easy to Manage resources.
But now I have a problem,the Chinese characters in the name of the files that downloaded from the Razuna are converted to “-”.
For example,“测试test1.mp4” will be converted to"–test1.mp4" when it is downloaded to other computer.
If all foreign chars are converted in the name of the downloaded file, except the number and English chars?
Hope to know how to solve the problem?
Excuse me for any mistakes since my not-so-good English.
