Rendition error with Razuna Rendering Server

I have an issue with renditions on Razuna Rendering Server. No issue with rendering on local server.

I have a Cent OS VM, with Razuna 1.6.5 with imagemagik etc… All work fine (preview + renditions)

I duplicate this VM to a new VM for installing Razuna Rendering Server.
I delete Razuna webapp and install Razuna Rendering Server. I follow installation tutorial. I configure it with bluedragon, I plug Razuna 1.6.5 on Razuna Rendering Server.

Previews are ok, Razuna can communicate fine with Razuna Rendering Server. But I can’t make any rendition, by example convert my picture in GIF.

If I watch the catalina.out log file on the Razuna Rendering Server, I can see :

It’s the same issue with Razuna 1.7

Did you buy the Rendition Server from us?

You can’t just duplicate Razuna onto another machine and expect it to work as a rendition server. The Rendition Server is its own application.

I work for one of your customer who bought Rendition Server from you.
Yes I know it’s a own application. I have it.

I’ve installed Rendition Server :

  • Into a razuna tomcat server -> rendering farm is ok but renditions don’t work
  • Into a new tomcat server alone -> rendering farm is ok but renditions don’t work
