When i klick on an folder razuna shows the meta data fields “Discription” and “Keywords” under the thumbnails. Also i can see the informations in the single view at meta data/ raw metadata. But razuna doesnt show the informations of the fields “Discription” and “Keywords” in the meta data editor. Every other meta data field works fine.
I need more information thank provided. Your subdomain, image ID, etc.

razuna runs on an internal server of my company. For that reason it is not possible to give you a public link. There is the possibility to show you the problem with the app “teamviewer”. May you use this software. Than i can give you an access.
Additional i took same screenshots of the problem. May that will help to solve the problem. Unfortunately the image upload doesnt work. For that reason i create al little galery.

The first picture shows the thumbnails with the content of the metadatafield description. The second image shows the problem. In the metadataviewer the fields description (in german Beschreibung) und keywords are empty. Every other fiel works fine. The third image is a snapshot of the raw-metadata. As you can see the metadata-information for the field description and keywords are in the picture.
The problem exists only when im upload a image with metadata-informations in razuna. Uploading a “empty” picture an write the metadata informations with razuna works.

While i am looking for a solution i recognize that razuna doesnt write iptc-metadata. When i upload a picture with no IPTC-data and use the metadata-editor in razuna, there ist no IPTC-Content in the RAW-Metadata of the file. Also i can not read the informations, which i wrote with razuna, in an external metadata-app like photoshop or photomechanics.
Is razuna using IPTC for writing metadata-informations?

Without a support subscription we can’t provide further support than on this forum.
Reading and writing XMP metadata works perfectly. We have many customers who are doing this daily. However since this is your own server, I suspect a third party tool doesn’t work properly or the path to it is not configured.
Please check all your third party tools for the correct path and run some commands on the shell. If they work there, then check that the path to it is configured in Razuna.
