Pictures in Widget New Products are not shown

please check http.//katalog.spahn.eu We have the New Products Widget integrated in our Home Page. It shows no pictures. Any idea.

Can you please give more details? We have over 5000 accounts and we don’t know every detail of each account and what you want to achieve. Hence, it would really help to describe in much details as possible what you want/expect.

Hello Nitai,

I will try to be more specific.

I am running a shop system using magento. I am using your hosted edition (Account: Spahn GmbH, Germany) to handle our product pictures and to serve magento with thumbnails and main pictures.

On the startpage of katalog.spahn.eu I use the “new product” widgets of magento. Whereas everywhere else pictures ar shown as planned, within the “new product” widget they are not shown. I have one article which is tagged as new (name is Island). On the startpage, no picture is shown, whereas in the shop, the article is shown correctly.
With the last mail I sent a screenshot.

The Magento plugin does not support the “new product” widget from Magento.
You will have to look at the source code for the widget and change the
code, so it uses the images from Razuna. You can lok at how the other
modules have been changed (like product listing) to see, how the images are
referenced.
