For a few weeks now, we have noticed that the Welcome Email is not being received by multiple users (new and existing) with email addresses spread across several different email domains.
Today I have not been able to log in to my account, though I haven’t changed my password.
Having tried to password reset, and receiving the message that a reset email was sent… I have not received this email (have checked SPAM folders etc) Have tried multiple times.
Have tried to log on via different PC’s, different browsers, different PC network locations.
Please advise,
I may be the only Administrator left on our account
