No Asset Found

Hello,

While we are searching files or images we are getting an result " No asset Found"

I have checked all basic setting " administration --> Customization --> Search —> Enable folder search : yes. —> Save change"

I did by selecting folder - -> Manage --> Folder share & settings – > In the sharing Option -->> Share this folder -> Yes

Can anyone please suggest us regarding searching issue.

Do not enable folder search! If you enable folder search then you also have
to check each folder to be searched in and during the search you have to
select the folder. Hence the reason why it is disabled by default. Please
read the description in Razuna for this.

Hi

I have un-checked the search option.

Enable folder search selection ==>> No

But still i am not able to find the asset…

Hi shivaji ,

After uncheck the search selection was No. Click to Save Changes. And log
out of the Razuna and then log in again to take the effect.

Can you upload the screenshot from your site for us to see how ?

By the way , please go to backend administration of your tenant and do the Upgrade Settings and Reset cache and then login to your tenant again to try the new test search assets.

Hi,

I created new tenants i am able search images in that but still not find in old one tenants.

I updated the setting as well…

Okay , so new tenants are able to search. Please try clear the old cache of your browser then try to search again in old tenant.

What version of Razuna? In any case go to the administration of the tenant
and re-index the files.
