Please go to Folder where storing the assets which you uploaded to Razuna. Click into " Manage " from upper right corner , choose “Folder Sharing & Settings” , then click to “Sharing Options” Tab . In Share Settings , check click into “Yes” at Share this Folder. After that , click into Update button from bottom of page to save the setting. Now try to search with your keywords again to see how.
Note : In Folder Settings , you can set the permission for this folder to each group to avoid both of the unwanted access or actions.
Please clear cache from your browser and try again as from my site its running normally.

Please go to Administration , Choose Customization Tab , Search -> “Enable folder search
selection” Click to check in Yes and Save Change.
And try to search with keywords again. If you can search your assets by this way, so you can turn off folder sharing in Manage and check in “Search Selection” in folder settings.
Do NOT enable folder search unless you want to confine searches to a specific folder only. But in order to do so, you need to also select each folder you want to search in !
That said, and since this is Razuna 1.8, my guess is that your Razuna is not connected to the search server and/or the connection doesn’t work properly. Check the catalina.out log file and see what it says in there. If there are error that it cannot find the “razuna_server” database then you need to connect the search server with your database. This can be done under the Administration (backend) and then under General and Indexing. Enter the same DB credentials as the Razuna server. Check the log file again to see that it says something like “DB configured”.
