New User Welcome email - does not save the changes made to text

Last week I made minor changes to the Welcome Email text, and those changes stuck and are still showing up when we send out a welcome email.

Today, I changed the text to make more descriptive to our users, there are hyperlinks in the text now also. The bad news is, these changes are not sticking! I have saved several times, logged out and back in, resent the notification and even removed the hyperlinks.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Mel, Thanks for the heads up. It appears to be a caching issue. We will address this. For the time begin after you make changes to the email setup you can go to Administration>Maintenance>Flush Database Cache and it will fix this issue for you.
