I have looked for answers to this question but no clear answer was found:
The linked folder option is a good one however, I cannot find a way to update the contents. I would like to link a folder to users directories and be able to access new and existing files without having to re-link the folder.

We understand. It is a high priority for Razuna 2.0, but for now there is
no way to update linked folder content automatically.

I am looking for a DAM product and Razuna looks like it could fit the bill…if the option to have linked folders updating was there.

In regards to your question, we are building this into Razuna 2.0. Razuna
1.8 will be released in the next weeks, though. Razuna 2.0 will be released
around Q1/Q2.
