Is there a template for end users that we can cut in to an email or attach to an email that tells them what to do with their link, for the various browsers Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE etc.
If so where can I find it, and if there is not one I think it would be a great Idea to have one.

While we do not have “templates” you can go to Administration and under
email settings you will find pre-defined text. That should help.
