how can a non-administrator set the access rights for collections (for certain groups) ? The “Settings/Share” tab seems to be available only for administrators. Interestingly, however, you can set access rights for collection folders as non-administrator - so why not for collections?
These settings should only be accessible for an administrator. If it is for another user, it is a bug. Except then the collection is created by a user and the user himself edits the collection.
Sorry for the late answer. Yes, the user creates the collection itself and is not able to change the rights to it.
