Hosted Site Down

Our Razuna hosted site is currently reporting:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at {site}.razuna.com Port 80

After a long wait, this is the error message I’m getting. Tried from multiple browsers, OSes, and ISPs.

What is the proper channel to get support for major issues like this?

Not sure if that was a planned maintenance bit or someone saw this thread (if so, thanks!), but our site is back up.

The original question still remains though, where does one go for support in the event of a hosted site going down?

We did not get any report on the site being down (and we monitor the sites
religiously). If you see this in the future again you should always write
to support@razuna.com.
