I am using a hosted version of razuna and while I have setup S3 settings properly, I am getting “We are so sorry. Something went wrong. We have been notified of this error and will fix it asap.” consistently. Just want to confirm:
- If this is a Razuna Bug - if yes, when is it expected to quash
- If not - where am I going wrong. Is there some documentation I can refer.
I used the canonical bucket name - name.domain.com and not name.domain.com.s3.amazon.com (though both gave the same result).
I want to use Razuna to manage assets, push a subset of them to s3 and use the pushed assets (largely images) in a wordpress theme. Hence, this connectivity is very critical for me.
Please let me know!
