Recently out of nowhere our self hosted server is now not working, when going to /razuna/raz2/dam/ all you get is:
"Oops, something really strange happened here.
Please copy the error message below and send it to your administrator
who will help resolve the problem. Thank you.
Error:
application.razuna.isp doesn’t exist."
at the /razuna URL you get:
This error has been logged to bderror-2015-06-01-112014_7118220374809141429.html. Please contact the Administrator
Restart Tomcat. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
No luck, still giving the same error.
This is a value that is being loaded on start of the server. If my previous solution did not work, you might have to restart the server itself.
i have completely restarted the service and server, it is a mysql base installed on Server 2012. Any other ideas? i still have no luck getting this running normally.
Does the installation of Razuna set a password for the MySQL instance? i have no idea what the password for the local MySQL instance is.
What you mean you don’t know the password? If you have MySQL installed you
had to enter a password in order to setup Razuna. This variable comes from
the internal database. Please make sure Razuna can read from the /razuna/db
folder.
Im sorry i took over this from someone who had already set it up, i have no mysql password for the local instace of razuna, i wasnt sure if there was a default. At this point i have no idea what i can do. If i cant get into MySQL this seems like its just a broken app with no repair options.
Honestly, there is no need to get into MySQL as there is nothing to do in
MySQL anyhow. It looks like your installation is broken, but I can’t tell
what it is without login in to the server. But it can definitely be fixed.
