I am new to Razuna so this may be a silly question!
I removed an order from last month. The client did not access the folder and has been in touch to ask for a new link. Is there any way I can reinstate her order rather than ask her to re-order her basket?
Normally when an user order an asset or basket , there will be an email send to email address of user who will be responsible for the orders. However , the email just show the id of basket order and order date.
If you removed an order , so you can ask user to re-oder basket again. Because the system do not keep order anymore so you could not reinstate order.
