We are having issues with uploading zip folders. The upload itself works and extracts the zipped folder into a unzipped one, however no files show up in the unzipped folder.

which version of razuna ? OS?
Have you tried to upload a .zip file smaller then 10 Mb? Maybe create a folder structur with just 2 image and try if you see it.

Linux (Ubuntu)
Just tested with a .zip file < 1mb and same results.
In the razuna Admin page it show if all plugins are correctly installed
Check also the error in /opt/razuna/tomcat/webapps/razuna/WEB-INF/bluedragon/work/temp/rtelogs
