Error when downloading the .max file

i encountered the error when i try to download the .max file

other file’s downloading is going well. (ex. jpg, psd…)

there is no error log it just show me ‘Oops…~~’

is there anything that i should set about file filef format? exclude admin page’s file category setting.

i’m using it on centos tomcat, self host

Hi minchan Sim,

Please try go to admin backend —> General Configuration —> File Types ----> Add your wanted file type then save.

Then retry to download again to see how.

i found error-log at ...:8080/bluedragon/administrator.
