Error on video convertion

Hello,

I’m using Razuna 1.7 on CentOs 6.5.

FFMpeg and MP4box are correctly installed. Paths are set in “Tools” configuration.

When I upload a video, the thumbnail is correctly created.
But I can’t make any rendition, and the “View” button doesn’t exists, just “Direct link”.
I tried with many videos and many video type…

I receive emails “Your Video could not be converted to the format MP4. This can happen when the source video is rendered with codecs that our conversion engine cannot read/write.”

Someone can help me ?

This usually happens when some codecs haven’t been installed or some other
error happens with ffmpeg.

Do the conversion in the shell and see if it works.

Conversion doesn’t works in shell… I’ll investigate.
