When trying to download original files they wont complete, the file comes down as “file_name.tiff.downloads” on checking in finder the file volume is correct but with the .downloads on the end it cant be viewed when i double click on the file or try and open it with an app it just starts to download again.
We already replied the same question by email.
HI I exchanged a number of emails but couldnt get an answer as to what was going on, the problem still exists and is causing significant issues and delays creating a work around.
