In the options where you can download all assets in the folder, it only downloads the files. When you click more options, download all assets, there could be another option that will download the folders included. There is no such current option except for the download all files from the basket, but there the path is displayed incorrectly, it points to the originals if you are perhaps trying to download the aliases of the files.
