Customizing thumbnail information

Hello!
I want to change the information shown on the image thumbnails. Instead of the image file name, I would like to display the title from the XMP. Here is a screenshot to illustrate:

The file name is nonsensical but the document title makes sense:

The amount of images is huge, and the file names are IDs, so changing the file names is not an option.

You can customize it all under Administration/Customization. Look under
“Folder View and Listing”.

Thank you for the quick reply! But where do I find Administration/Customization? Is it in the admin GUI? I don’t see anything that looks like it.
