API sometimes returns "bool(false)" - how to debug?

Hi,

in some cases a call to the API will end up in getting “bool(false)” back. Using Razuna.class.php to call the API.

When I reload the page, it works!? This bool(false) problem only occurs sometimes, it’s not cleanly reproducable.

Any ideas why this happens, where this happens and how to debug or fix this?

The phone library is supported by a third party and not us. You can get the
source code on github.

Anyone else has such problems? I’m not sure if the Razuna.class.php is responsible for it :frowning:

No. Our API is being used by thousands of customers daily. No issues
reported
