Im having issues allowing the original asset to be downloaded. If you are admin you can, but anyone else cant. I have set the radial button in the manage folder sharing options that says “let users download original asset” and still no one can download it.
Also Im having issues with Checking the radial button that says dont let users have their own folder or upload to their own folder. Both are set to not allow it and still they can see it?
Any ideas?
What version of Razuna?
Also, when you change the setting make sure to click on the “reset” link as
well.
Im not sure what version of Razuna, but Im assuming the newest as I am still on the 30 day hosted trial if tht helps?
Thanks clicking the reset link solved the asset issue 
Although there doesnt appear to be such a thing next to the my folder options which are both set to disable.
Any other ideas for resolving that?

Also is it possible to see the same asset in multiple folders?
Lets say for example i have 2 products using the same software and I want to have a folder structure for each of the 2 products but the software is a shared asset. Do i need to upload twice or can i have it uploaded once but appear in both folders?

You only should upload once and use the alias option in Razuna to create
the same file in another folder.

Select the file(s) and choose “create alias” from the menu.
