Add auto scrollbar in folder list

Hi,
We have about 200 folders in root folder, all folders have a childs, its really long list.
To fast browse folders and images and not have to scrolling up and down indefinitely to see images on right I’m add auto show scrollbar in file dsp_menu_left.cfm

Maybe can someone come in handy :wink:
