404 Error on Direct Links

Hi I’m wondering if anyone can assist us with this.

we are getting 404 errors on some direct links of the original asset on Razuna, however we are able to download the images from Razuna directly.

I’ve checked to ensure the download of original asset is enabled for the folder the images are in.

is there anything causing this that we can fix without having to re-upload the images?
